Detox!

Did you know that there are a lot of benefits to the different combinations of infused water? I'm going to give you all the juicy details behind the combinations I used to help my detox go smoothly!
THE BREAK DOWN:
I went to the second hand &I bought a ton of 25 cent mason jars.
You can use your own containers or drinking vessels but I like the mason jars because I could freeze them and they were easy to clean. &CHEAP!
I went to the market and bought some bulk of fresh produce. For me it was cheaper this way. You can go wherever you want. Next, chop up everything &freeze it all! Freezing everything helps it last longer!
To make it easier, I just mixed up different combinations of fruits and veggies and froze it all inside of the jars! Everyday take a jar with your goodies out of the freezer &fill it with water! Refill it throughout the day.
THATS IT!
The best way to do this is by committing to drinking ONLY these jars of water for at least one to two weeks! When I say I committed to ONLY my infused water I mean it! No soda (which literally was all I drank for almost 3 years prior), no coffee, no high fructose corn syrup of any kind, NOTHING but my water!
Cutting out that alone made an insane difference in my mommy tummy &love handles. I mean it was two weeks to improve my life! &Yes! It was hard. On my third and fourth day I could smell if you opened a Pepsi in the same building as me. I was fighting my cravings but I do promise after day seven it will get easier! After my first week, the cravings were almost completely gone &my energy levels were through the roof. I was getting better sleep &I even felt refreshed everyday. I was shocked! In one week this is what was happening already. I wanted to reward myself w a soda &yet, I didn't! I wanted to see how far I could really make this go!
What They Didn't Tell Me..
There were some things I wasn't expecting during my second week that I didn't read about.
I was using the bathroom, a lot! Every time I thought I was fine, I had to go again. It did become a bit frustrating. I also began to break out with small pimples/zits. Even though it was just as frustrating, I began to think logically and realized.. how else were these toxins and nasties supposed to leave my body? I am happy to say that after the second week my skin looked and felt so much clearer and fresher then before I started the detox &I wasn't having any kind of bathroom issues including going as frequently as I was.
