Affirmations Are My Best Friend!

When I started using affirmations I didn't think they could be so powerful. I think we all lack recognizing the power of our words sometimes. We are spelling when we speak. We speak things into existence daily. Good and bad. Intentionally and unintentionally. We need to remember the power of our words and intentions &start using them to be better and do better.

Practice speaking affirmations allowed before, during and even at the end of your day.

START YOUR DAY W SOME CONFIDENCE!

I honor who I am.
know whats best for me &whats not.
The love I have for myself is unmatched. Nobody fcks with me harder than i fck w myself!
I refused to settle for less than I'm worth. I am worthy of living in the overflow at all times.
I deserve everything it is that my heart desires.
If i put the work in to manifest it, then anything i want is mine.
I am speaking and believing my way into a new chapter.
Anything and everything is possible for me.

Getting Through The Moment..​


Feel the feeling but don't become the emotion. Witness it. Allow it. Release it.
Fighting this feeling wont help, i'll relax and allow it to pass.
I stay present and ground myself in this moment.
I am okay, my anxiety isn't always rational.
I tune into my body and release tension from my muscles.
I am stronger than i give myself credit for. I always survive this.
Anxiety is normal. It tells me its time to use my coping strategies.

When I'm Having An Attack, this mantra helps me breathe through it every time!
